Claim Process
Please contact your dealer if you believe that you need warranty repair work performed on your trailer. Your dealer will contact a United Trailers warranty service representative to process your claim. If approved, your dealer may be authorized to perform the repair work onsite, or United may request that your trailer is returned to the factory for repairs. Do not return your trailer directly to the United factory without prior claim approval and scheduling through your dealer.
