The 2009 NATDA (North American Trailer Dealers Association) Trade Show was held in Louisville, Kentucky, September 12-14. United Trailers debuted in a big way as a platinum sponsor for the NATDA and displayed five trailers at the event. In addition, United held an all-day dealer meeting at the convention center the day before the show.

The trailers displayed at the show represented many of the different kinds of trailers built by United. The first aluminum trailer debuted at the show and drew a lot of attention. Also on display were a UXT (commercial grade) concession unit, value priced ULT series car hauler, V-nose U-series cargo trailer, and an Express Hauler cargo trailer.
